NCS RECRUITMENT 2026: NOTIFICATION OF PHYSICAL SCREENING AND DOCUMENTATION EXERCISE

The Nigeria Customs Service (NCS) wishes to inform all shortlisted candidates for the 2026 recruitment exercise that the physical screening and documentation exercise will take place at the Nigeria Customs Command and Staff College, Gwagwalada, Abuja, according to the date allocated to each candidate’s State and Cadre.

All shortlisted candidates are required to report strictly on their assigned date and appear with the original and photocopies of the following documents:

  1. National Identification Number (NIN);
  2. Original Birth Certificate or Declaration of Age;
  3. Educational Certificate(s), including O’Level, ND, HND, Degree or other applicable qualifications;
  4. Certificate of State of Origin;
  5. Two (2) recent passport photographs;
  6. Completed Guarantor’s Form; and
  7. NYSC Certificate, where applicable.

DRESS CODE
Candidates are required to wear a white T-shirt, shorts and canvas shoes for the physical screening exercise.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
Candidates are reminded to report only on the date allocated to their respective State and Cadre. Attendance at the physical screening and documentation exercise is compulsory, and failure to appear as scheduled may lead to disqualification from the recruitment process.

Candidates are also advised to rely exclusively on official Nigeria Customs Service communication channels for authentic information concerning the recruitment exercise and to disregard messages from unauthorised persons or sources.

Upon successful completion of the physical screening and documentation exercise, shortlisted candidates will receive further instructions from the Nigeria Customs Service regarding subsequent stages of the recruitment process.
